Project Overview
MESC successfully executed the customer connection works required to link Dumeks to the SNG gas distribution network. The project involved multi-disciplinary pipeline construction activities designed to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient gas supply to the client’s facility.
Scope Of work
Our team carried out end-to-end pipeline and mechanical installation operations, including.
Construction of two reinforced valve pits including full civil works, excavation, concrete casting, and finishing.
Complete mechanical installation covering component installation, valve tie-ins, welding, alignment, and surface preparation.
Pipeline pigging executed for cleaning, gauging, and verifying internal integrity before commissioning.
Hydrotesting performed to validate pipeline strength, ensure compliance with standards, and document all pressure test results.
Application of anti-corrosion coatings with industrial painting and quality inspections for all surface pipelines.
Project Outcomes
The connection works were successfully completed on schedule, meeting all SNG safety, engineering, and operational standards.
